A 'PINE-terest' dream! Enjoy beautiful ocean views on the main deck off the living room/dining room! These views have been known to showcase orcas, constellations, eagles, and more! These views are also available from both 2nd floor rooms that share a joined deck!
HOT TUB
I 'FERN-ly be-LEAF' that you and yours will thoroughly enjoy the hot tub, especially on those cold-ish evenings! Please ensure children are properly managed and there is adult supervision at all times. Ownership is not liable.
BBQ
We offer a brand new BBQ (as of Aug '22) for your culinary essentials! Cooking while 'FALL-ing' in love with the ocean view on the main deck! Please exercise caution when operating the BBQ.
Air Conditioner & Heater
We want you to be as comfortable as possible! We have heaters in each room to personalize as well as an antique wood burning fireplace in the living room. We also have outdoor heat lamps on the main deck to ensure a comfortable ocean view. There is no air conditioner for those warm days but we have natural air flow from the sea below!
Entertainment: Smart TV's / VHS / CD Player / Games
Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with smart TV's. In addition to streaming capabilities, there is also a closet in the kitchen that is full of VHS 'Blockbuster' movies, no late fees! In the kitchen is a CD player to listen to those hits. There is also an abundance of games in the same closet. Plenty of entertainment to 'PINE' over!
Washer / Dryer
For your convenience, there are two sets of washer and dryers. The first set is on the second floor, on the right, between the bathroom and bedroom. The second set of washer and dryers is on the first floor, tucked away in the kitchen.
Dishwasher
With all the beautiful meals and memories made, we make it easy by offering a dishwasher for easy clean up!
The Essentials
We are constantly working to 'SPRUCE' things up and offer anything you would need for your vacation. These essentials include, but are not limited to: Crib, high chair, extra linens, additional bath and beach towels, etc. Drop us a line to let us know if we are missing anything!

The ferry schedule can fluctuate, even after your ferry reservations are solidified, so please be sure to bake in those potential travel variables for your getaway! Prior to your arrival you will receive communication and directions for the e-lock. That's it! Just key in the code and your stay awaits!
Check Out Time is at 4pm
We want to make this as 'PINE-less' as possible so no need to strip the beds or put anything in the washer/dryer or even the dishwasher!
Please lock the house back up and safe travels home, we look forward to having you stay with us again!
